- As trend:service-user you place a request.
- You receive the research results - depending on request via email, fax, or post - as quickly as possible but at least within three business days after your order.
- If the direct labour input for your requested research exceeds three hours, we will respond immediately after the reception of your order in order to discuss further proceeding: Either a further specification of the subject matter or a separate offer for the research.
Request
For a request we recommend to clarify the following points:
- When placing an order via telephone it is advisable that the contract is implemented by the employee who requires the information.
- While placing the order important details are required for a targeted approach:
- To what purpose do you need the information?
- What knowledge of the subject matter do you have already?
- By what date (at the latest) do you require the results?
- How would you like the contents to be presented?
- How do you want the results to be delivered: telephone, fax, mail, email?

Conditions
- trend:services is based on a leasing contract with a fixed quarterly fee for an unlimited usage of service.
- All costs are included within the flat fee.
- Processing of the request by qualified employees with extensive knowledge of branches and market research.
- The requests can be transferred via telephone, fax, email, or post to trend:research, stating the costumer number.
- Unless otherwise agreed, trend:research delivers the results in form of a brief (where required: written) report within three business days after the request.
- You receive timely notifications and a separated offer, if the required volume of work exceeds the agreed three working hours per request or if a shift of deadline is needed.
- You can make use of trend:services as often as needed (trend:research reserves the right to restrict the requests per license to maximal 20 each month).
- trend:research is available on business days between 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Above all there is an opportunity to call a hotline even outside business hours in case of pressing demands.
